The Hotel Príncipe Perfeito is proud of its vast experience in hosting groups and meetings.  It has three custom built meeting rooms that are soundproof and climate controlled and with views of the garden. They have natural lighting and modern audiovisual, computing and telecommunication equipment to allow you to deliver your message as effectively as possible.

For smaller meetings the Torre room can accommodate 20 participants and the Mundo and Coroa can each accommodate more than 300 participants. The garden can also be used for events, taking the total capacity to more than 800 participants.

Another huge advantage of the Príncipe Perfeito is its relationship with various specialised divisions of Visabeira Turismo, its parent company. These divisions can provide or arrange every detail event you can wish for and most probably some you have not yet even thought of.

They can deal with the logistics of the event, including those preceding it, such as correspondence with the participants and collection of fees and at the event they’ll register the participants and issue them with material for the event (such as personalised badges, stationary, bags, participation certificates and more), which they can also arrange.
